The Enterprise and Innovation Foundation (EIS) is supporting SOFTacademy’s neighbourhood-based renovation at the maximum possible rate – 50%.
All the houses will be renovated using modular elements produced in factories, which is an important step towards improving energy efficiency and modernising the living environment in the pilot area of the project on Akadeemia St.
EIS opened the call for applications for the renovation of apartment buildings on 28 October.
The total budget of the support, funded by the EU Structural Funds, amounts to a record €170 million, helping to reduce energy costs and improve living conditions across Estonia.
