On 27 April, a co-design workshop led by the TalTech Academy of Architecture and Urbanism was held for residents of Akadeemia tee 4, 6, 14 and 22. The aim of the workshop was to gather further input from residents on the elements and volumes they would like to see in the renovation of the buildings. 

Discussions were held: which solutions are preferred and for what reasons; size and glazing of balconies; the possibility of enlarging windows; the size and size of balconies or terraces on ground floors; interest in installing lifts.
It is important to note that the workshop was not aimed at developing binding solutions but at gathering input. The material produced will be useful for the subsequent decisions to be taken by the associations in the renovation process.
